The B-25 Mitchell

Hi, sorry about this last-second new plane (see note at end)

The B-25 Mitchell
Named after Colonel Billy Mitchell (a pre-war strategic bombing advocate), the B-25 was the standard modern bomber of WW2. Used in both Europe and the Pacific, the B-25 was made famous for being launched off carriers during the Doolittle raid and striking on the heart of Japan, only days after Pearl Harbor. This raid was immortilized in the movie Pearl Harbor.

Next, expect an article on VP day celebrations here in Australia.
Note that I forgot two bombers (B-25 and B-26) and they are being "added into" the series. The B-26 is next!
